Are the glowing reviews from Colorado players enough to silence Deion Sanders' critics?

Deion Sanders & Co. are currently in hot water, and it’s not just because of their mediocre 4-8 season last year. This time, the issue revolves around the recent locker-room drama at the Buffs’ facility. Now this might even hurt their recruiting chances heavily.

Despite these troubles, Deion is skillfully using his players’ endorsements to counter the locker-room violence allegations.

On August 4th, Coach Prime posted a lengthy clip on Instagram with the caption, “Some of our leaders speak on the Coaching Staff’s impact on them as players.” The video features linebacker Nikhai Hill Green praising the staff, saying, “Like there’s so much NFL experience, there’s so much life experience, and there’s a lot of greatness.”

Now, the numbers back up Green’s claims. The current roster includes 16 coaches with over 150 years of experience. And this group includes their DC Robert Livingston and OC Pat Shurmur, who bring over a decade of NFL experience. And let’s not forget Deion Sanders himself, who has played for more than three decades in the NFL.

Then, CU Buffs football governor Campden Dempsey praised his HC, saying, “He’s a man that deeply cares about everyone on the team.” Soon, Buffs star running back Charlie Offerdahl also joined in, calling Coach Prime a “father figure.” The RB also noted how this coach provides the best thoughts to shine both on and off the field.

Amidst the ‘Deion saga,’ one player mentioned, “I think it’s amazing to be able to talk to any coach in the NFL and learn from them. It’s a big deal.” Now, it looks like, with so much experience and opportunity ahead, the team’s locker-room issues might just get neutralized!

Bullying and gambling scandal hit Deion Sanders & Co.

For those curious about the recent buzz around the Buffaloes’ locker room, here’s a quick rundown. Just two days ago, reports emerged about serious bullying allegations involving the team’s top 5-star recruit, Jordan Seaton. According to media coverage, Seaton was allegedly asked to “prove his manhood,” which forced him into a fight with fellow lineman Savion Washington. Now, this incident reportedly took place back in April and is gaining traction now.

But that’s not all. There have also been rumors of gambling issues within the Colorado facility. Allegedly, Buffs WR Kaleb Mathis and Colton Allen engaged in one. When Allen asked Mathis to settle a debt of around $10,000 and Mathis refused, it led to a blood bath in the locker room.

While players and their families have been tight-lipped about these incidents, even Deion Sanders initially remained silent. However, his recent posts seem like a reply, focusing on the positive aspects of his team. It looks like Sanders might be trying to shift the narrative for good!
