Amid the controversy, he addressed the situation with a thought-provoking invitation to potential recruits, In the Instagram video, Sanders is seen giving out a detailed speech where he claims, “I don’t want the young men to play for me. I want them to wanna play for us. Let’s build relationships every day.”  The coach’s words underscored a commitment to values beyond the football field.
