On 8th October 2023, the Colorado Buffaloes played against the Arizona State Sun Devils in a heated tensions match. He talked about how Sanders’ frustration with his team in the post-match interview was justified as the Buffs are riding out the waves of a not-so-magnificent season. Additionally, he compliments the two brothers, Shedeur and Shilo, for having excellent stats this season but there’s much to be said about the team itself.

He said, “If you’re Deion Sanders you’re getting frustrated because you got to send a message to these kids- don’t get too damn comfortable.” The match against Arizona was supposed to show a different side of the Colorado Buffaloes after their major loss to the USC Trojans. But so far, Coach Prime’s meetings and playmaking strategies are proving to be ineffective. The fans can’t wonder how the Buffaloes’ season will shape up in the oncoming games as their streak of poor performance continues.

So far, the team’s stats haven’t been the best. They started out great when they had 3 consecutive wins at the start of the season but went downhill pretty fast. The Buffs faced a major defeat at the hands of the Oregon Ducks by a staggering score of 42-6 and then proceeded to get upstaged by the Trojans.
