Deion Sanders' health vs. family time—what should be the priority for Deiondra right now?

Fifty-six, and Deion Sanders is still fitter than most people half his age. The Buffs head coach is having a gala in Mexico right before the season. And guess what Deion did? Instead of lounging on the beach, he went for a run. And looking at the pictures, his daughter Deiondra overlooked his father’s struggle with a hurting leg and went into a significant missing mode, craving her presence on the trip. Meanwhile, Coach Prime’s fitness game is so strong that anyone wonders about the secret behind his energy. Back in March, while vacationing in the Dominican Republic, following his passion, he ended up in a great soup!

To recharge his brain and spirit, the Buffs HC flew to San Jose del Cabo, a serene beach getaway in Mexico. On July 26, Deion shared some pictures from the plush property he was staying in, Viceroy Los Cabos. Instead of spending much time at his stay, he ensured he soaked in the place’s natural beauty. And how could Deion just miss out on his fitness training during the vacation? All he did was make use of the serene braces as his training floor. The caption said, “Had to get my work in on the beach. Got a mile & a half in and my legs are hurting me. The sand was soft and it made me work harder. Quit was jogging right beside me but I finished tired and tested.”

Seeing this, Deiondra just had to chime in. Nowadays, the soon-to-be-mommy is mostly at home because of a difficult pregnancy. But now that she has a FOMO, she only commented, “Daaaang this woulda been the perfect dad and daughter trip…” Deion’s remaining tongue-tied at his daughter’s engagement for the past few days raised speculations. But this comment cleared the air that the father-daughter bond is just doing fine as before. Meanwhile, all that the Buffs HC concentrates on now is his fitness.

Deion’s misadventures in the Dominican Republic

Deion, accompanied by his sons, went on a tropical vacation in the Dominican Republic in March. And it turned out to be one of the most hilarious vacation experiences — all thanks to Coach Prime for turning their getaway into a search-and-rescue mission. One fine morning, Deion thought of exploring the place. But he hardly knew that this would cost him hard in the end. Being the fitness freak, Coach Prime hit the roads and covered miles, jogging. And what was the result? He found himself lost and stranded in an unknown land.

While Deion ended up in trouble, little did he panic. Instead, he captured his experience on his mobile phone and posted them on his Instagram stories. In one video, Coach Prime sought help while explaining how he got lost, “I’m Dead lost in the Dominican! I just wanted to go on a nice lil jog and now I’m lost. HELP!”

While he waited for help to arrive, Deion maintained his calm as he noted, “Your boy dead lost. I’m dead lost and I don’t even know how to get back home. And my back tightened up on me, so I found myself a nice little bench and I’m chilling.” Ultimately, it was Darius Sanders who tracked down Coach Prime. But this time in Mexico, who will save him?
