Earlier in February at the 2024 NBA All-Star Game, Lakers legend LeBron James surprised his fans with the cool LeBron 21 Air DT Max. During the pregame video by NBA Kicks, he showed off his sneakers while paying tribute to Deion Sanders for the inspiration. He said, “Right here, these are LeBron 21 mixed with the prime Deion.”

The LeBron 21 sneakers bore a striking resemblance to Coach Prime’s Air DT Max ‘96 which is a classic from his playing days in the 1990s. It features a similar design of the trademark black and white clash with slight gold touches. There’s no end to Coach Prime’s ventures with Nike as his latest Air DT Max ‘96 shoes sold out in a matter of minutes after its launch. And that’s not going to be the end. Undoubtedly, he’ll remain an inspiration for many people in the days to come.
