After four years of being engaged, Deion Sanders and Tracey Edmonds decided to part ways on December 3. Edmonds wants to focus on herself and her family. She is embarking on a personal journey and this is also visible in a new tweet from her.

She took to X (formerly Twitter) to share some words of wisdom. She posted an article with the headline, “Rethinking What Really Matters: The Four Most Important Things in Life“. The article discussed purpose, time, health and relationships.

Clearly, the article written by Carl Phillips struck a cord with Edmonds. The author shared his personal reflections about life and wrote how material belongings aren’t the most precious things that a person can have. As he looked deeper, he realized the four aspects that were the most important. Thus, Phillips reframed his life around these aspects.

When it comes to relationships, he wrote, “This is a particularly sorry state of affairs when it means we “don’t have time” for our relationships.” After Edmonds and Deion Sanders’ recent breakup, it seems she agrees with this view as she is spending more time with her close ones. Through her social media posts, she can be seen appreciating her loved ones and also uplifting her followers through words of affirmations.

Apart from relationships, she clearly takes care of her health, has a sense of purpose and attempts to utilize her time in the best manner possible.

What caused Sanders and Edmonds’ breakup?

Amidst Deion Sanders and Tracey Edmonds’ breakup, speculation has arisen regarding the dynamics of their relationship. Observers, including attorney Jonathan Majors, point to Sanders’ career priorities and potential disparities with Edmonds. Drawing comparisons with NFL star Tom Brady, Majors emphasizes the importance of aligning priorities in a relationship.

Despite the analysis, both Sanders and Edmonds have peacefully moved on. Edmonds, notably at peace, shares inspirational messages on Instagram, signaling a readiness for new beginnings in 2024.

Deion Sanders and Tracey Edmonds initially met in 2012 at a movie premiere party for a film produced by Edmonds. After officially announcing their engagement in 2019, the couple recently disclosed their mutual decision to end the relationship, expressing it as a parting filled with “love in our hearts, respect for each other, and appreciation for the time we’ve shared together.”
