The CU Buffs HC Deion Sanders has made a New Year’s resolution of hitting the gym every day for the entire year. Now in the recent vlogs covered by his son Deion Sanders Jr., the HC was involved in a physical test with the strength and conditioning coaches. “16, I’m going to 17…I’m counting. It’s just 20.” remarked Sanders with the pullups as he beat the strength and conditioning coaches who could only manage 16.

What made winning the challenge even more relishing was the fact that Sanders didn’t partake in any physical activity in a long time. As he spoke to the assistant coaches he highlighted that he was pushing himself after a significant gap. This was primarily because the HC was undergoing surgeries and his toe amputation. However, despite that, he beat the coaches! His success mantra in the gym boils down to his dietary changes.
