Evidently, Xavier Weaver’s NFL journey from South Florida to Colorado has been nothing short of remarkable. In a candid note, he claimed, “I’m a little kid from Orlando, Florida”, while continuing, “I’m not even supposed to be here, coming out of the private school I came from.” 

Highlighting his coach’s unwavering authenticity and mentorship, the NFL receiver further hailed his influence in developing the future of Colorado football, stating, “I’ve been blessed.” As the solo face of Colorado, Xavier Weaver humbly appreciated it as a fortunate exposure while emphasizing his presence at an upcoming event.

With plans to join Colorado’s Pro Day, Xavier noted his hopes of performing at the events scheduled for later this month. The former Buffs receiver credited his team for providing a platform, acknowledging the effective role of Colorado in shaping his NFL trajectory. Now on a national stage, his words resonated with a sense of humility for the opportunities that lay ahead.

Leading the Buffaloes with 68 receptions for 908 yards, Xavier Weaver’s illustrious presence on the team was effective in igniting his prospects for the NFL combine. With four touchdowns since joining Coach Prime’s visionary transfer, he eventually gained recognition by securing 2463 yards over 49 games. 

With a whopping total of 15 touchdowns, the former USF player marked the end of his collegiate presence. Elaborating on the valuable expertise he received in all this time, Xavier highlighted the responsibilities that came alongside seizing this opportunity. With hopeful plans for the 2024 season, he admitted, “I’m soaking everything up as I can.”
