“Connie’s Lake after your mom”: Deion Sanders Turns to Fans’ Creativity for His Brainchild, Gets Wacky Suggestions in Return

Deion Sanders had big plans for holidays with his son Sheduer Sanders, all leading to a dead-end, after hearing his disappointing response, and his plans. However, Coach Prime was not the one to sit and brood away from the festivities. Instead, steadfast in his spirit to get a refreshing taste of nature, before he devises his plot for Colorado Buffs’ redemption, Deion Sanders headed into the woods.

While his original plans to visit some exotic destination like Cabo or Brazil went down the drain, Deion Sanders took to his fans to share how he shared his holidays. Yet, Coach Prime, being the master of engaging fans, evident from his $90.55 million generated income from media work as per Front Office Sports, asked for his fans’ opinions.

Fans suggest names for Deion Sanders

Deion Sanders shared a picturesque snap of a raw, unkempt lake in the woods, requesting the fans to suggest some names for the special secret spot he discovered. “New Lake going in what should I name it? I already have Lake Prime & Lake Time. Help me and please keep it clean & Kind.” Although Coach Prime already had a couple of names in mind, he still waited for his fans to give some names, and boy, were they worth it!

One of the finest comments that Coach Prime received was “Connie’s Lake after your mom”. While this one was surely a close-to-heart one for Sanders, his favorite one was another. “Lake Earie”, (hinting towards ears). Coach Prime cajoled, saying, “The yo best 1 ever”. Alongside these, others were ready with their quirky comments.

Brainstorming Coach Prime with tons of suggestions, a user suggested combining both the names that Coach Prime was keen on.”Add them together = Lake Prime Time” The storm of suggestions continued flooding his comment section, with more opinions coming in each minute. “Lake Neon. Because you are highlighting what it looks like to go to the next level,” opined another user. Safe to say, there was no shortage of fans applauding Coach Prime’s efforts to give his A-game. Others decided to stay with classy “Keep it simple with Lake Sanders”. 

Deion Sanders gears up for recruits

Indeed, the break was a much-needed one, given the recruitment announcements unfolding in Colorado. The Buffs are raining with top-notch recruits, with two recruits joining within mere hours. Tyler Johnson and  Yakiri Walker commit to Coach Prime’s team.

Even OT Seaton joined the team, ramping up the Buffs O-line, something that was on Deion Sanders’ mind since the very beginning of this season. Along with this, the Buffs await some more commits which are likely to come in after Seaton’s transfer.
