Kavosiey Smoke, the running back for the Colorado Buffaloes is getting candid about his dissatisfaction with the team this season. The former running back for the Kentucky team hasn’t been seen on the field a lot this year. However, in a recent tweet, he talked about the reasons for the team’s failure and how they could’ve been undefeated.

The Colorado Buffaloes have had a rollercoaster of a season this year. They currently have a poor record of 4-7, which is still miles better than their 2022 record of 1-11. But with the addition of Coach Prime to the squad, the fans hoped for a much more spectacular record this season. But even with the presence of the NFL Hall of Famer, Smoke hasn’t been given a fair chance to showcase his talents.

In his post on X, Smoke broke his silence about his absence from the field and took a dig at Colorado’s selfishness. The tweet gained a lot of traction from the fans, who called him out for voicing his unfair opinions. Smoke relentlessly said, “Simple fact bru we could’ve went undefeated this year. Too much selfish ball going on man can’t win like that.”

While the fans expect the team to be a lot less selfish, Deion Sanders took to the post-match conference after the Washington loss to talk about the players’ accountability. He said, “It was a lot similar to to who’s going to show up hold each other accountable make sure your teammate uh goes out there and give everything.” Unfortunately, the Colorado Buffaloes will have to exit the league with broken hearts as their season comes to an end. With that being said, Coach Prime has managed to establish himself as one of the most popular coaches this season with the way he’s led the team.

Unfortunately, it didn’t work out too well for the fans of the Buffs, as they’ll look forward to next year’s season for Coach Prime’s return. Though they’ll wait anxiously for his return, there have been several speculations about the transfer of Deion Sanders to the Texas Aggies but it’ll be interesting to see whether Deion takes up on the offer.
