Shedeur Sanders, the quarterback for the Colorado Buffaloes, will be going through the ultimate physical test in today’s match. The 21-year-old athlete is the youngest son of Deion Sanders, the NFL Hall of Famer. Though his team’s been having an upsetting season so far, he has certainly been performing consistently for the Buffs.

The Buffaloes currently stand on a 4-3 record with their most recent loss at the hands of the UCLA Bruins. The team couldn’t capitalise throughout the season even with the legendary Coach Prime to help them out. The Colorado team seems to be hanging by a thread in this year’s NCAA league and their match against the Oregon Beavers is certainly not helping their case. Shedeur Sanders is the sole barrier that is present between the Oregon team and a disastrous loss for the Buffs and by the looks of it, he is certainly facing the brunt of it.

Shedeur Sanders, the QB for the Colorado Buffaloes, is going through a rough time on the field. The Beavers offense is managing to tear the Buffaloes apart and get to Shedeur. So far, it doesn’t seem like the match is going in the Buffs’ favor and the fans seem disappointed with their performance. Sanders, who is a vital part of the team, isn’t being protected and continues to get demolished as CU calls halftime.

The match is currently at a score of 7-0 in favor of the Beavers and it seems like Coach Prime didn’t anticipate the presence of two other players on the rival team. The same sort of predicament was witnessed against the Stanford Cardinals when the 21-year-old Shedeur Sanders was hit 17 times during the match. It was obvious that the defense of the team was lacking, but it’s surprising to see that Coach Prime hasn’t made a lot of changes to the strategy already proven to be poor.

How important has Shedeur Sanders been to the Buffaloes’ squad?

If the stats are to be seen, both Shilo and Shedeur Sanders have proven to be the leading factors in all of the Buffs’ wins. Shedeur is still in the race for the Heisman Trophy odds although lagging far behind the likes of Caleb Williams and Michael Penix Jr. He singlehandedly managed to lead the team to a win against the CSU Rams when he took the match into double overtime and eventually win by a score of 43-35.

Sanders is the pride and joy of the Colorado team and it’s sad to see how the team consistently fails to protect him as he throws out the passes. Coach Prime himself said that Shedeur was in a lot of pain after the defeat at the hands of the Stanford Cardinals. Undoubtedly, Shedeur is one of the best QBs in the NCAA right now but the Colorado team will anchor him down as he tries to maximize his football career.
