The Michigan Wolverines vs. the Ohio State Buckeyes will be a match that will have fans on the edge of their seats. They both share one of the most legendary rivalries that have existed in the NCAA, and they’ll soon clash in the coming weekend as well.

Though both teams have an equal undefeated record, this match will prove to be the decider for the top spot in the league table. Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh has been involved in his share of controversies, but while fans worry about his future in the NCAA, Ryan Day’s time with Ohio also seems to be at equal risk.

Is Ryan Day’s career more in jeopardy than Jim Harbaugh’s?

On the latest episode of the ESPN College Football show, the hosts talked about the much-awaited showdown between Michigan and Ohio. Furthermore, they even discussed the risky futures of both Harbaugh and Day and came to the conclusion that the Ohio State coach is in more of a tough pickle.

They said, “Are we sure Ryan Day is not the one that we should be talking about in terms of his future more so than Harbaugh? I think the scrutiny would absolutely intensify it was at a peak last year when they lost to Michigan and Ohio State has not lost three straight to Michigan since 1990.” The Ohio State team has lost to the Michigan side twice in a row, and they will be hoping to end the losing streak this coming Sunday. If Ohio loses three in a row, it’ll put Day’s career in jeopardy, and he’ll realize it as well. But while the fans are anticipating one of the best matches of this season, it looks like the Michigan team will be lucky to land a win against Ohio.

Does the Michigan team stand a chance against the Ohio State Buckeyes?

As of now, the Michigan team will be playing the match without their franchise quarterback, JJ McCarthy. He’s rightly been one of the driving forces behind all of Michigan’s wins. But without him and Coach Harbaugh, the men in yellow will be in deep trouble.

Both teams have had an undefeated record, and hence, this is their biggest challenge yet. Ryan Day and Harbaugh have been known to be involved in a petty rivalry themselves as well, so the tensions can’t be more heated than this. This Saturday, the best team in the Big Ten will be decided as both teams give it their all to contend for the playoffs.
