The Sanders brothers are competing over the biggest bag, pun intended. It’s not every day that Deion Sanders Jr. goes after his brothers’ wealth but it seems like that has changed. Though it’s all intended in good humor, his message reminded the Colorado fans that the brothers will be playing their last season under Deion Sanders this year.
Shedeur and Shilo Sanders, both players for the Colorado Buffaloes, recently announced that they will be moving ahead of the 2025 NFL draft. Though Shilo isn’t projected to be a top pick in the draft, Shedeur Sanders has been predicted to be among the top 3 picks. And in an attempt to go after his brother’s style, Deion Sanders Jr. ended up actually wishing them well for their next season.

It looks like someone is feeling a bit too envious of his brother’s success! Deion Sanders Jr., the head of the Well Off Media page, posted a picture of him holding a briefcase that is much bigger than the one Shedeur has been seen carrying around lately. Moreover, the brother hinted towards Shedeur and Shilo’s bright future in the NFL when he declares for the Draft next year.

He captioned the post by writing, “Might have to get this so my briefcase can be bigger than @shedeursanders … gotta enjoy these things now because I know next year I won’t be able to compete at all in the $ department with him & @shilosanders” Thus, even though Sanders Jr. doesn’t compete as a professional athlete, he sure isn’t lagging when it comes to competing for the reputation of the bigger wallet. Even though the brother meant it as a joke, he received backlash from the fans in the comments, which he later responded to.

The brotherly love that exists between the Sanders brothers may be visible through the banter they share. But after he joked about Shedeur’s briefcase, it seems like the fans have taken the joke to heart and are reacting negatively. While some termed it as jealousy and pettiness, others understood the humor behind his gesture.
Sanders Jr. replied to his post and wrote, “It’s a joke, y’all don’t take it so serious” The Sanders men are busy with the onset of the next college football season and so is Sanders Jr. He is a regular content maker for the Colorado Buffaloes and can be seen releasing footage from practise almost every other day. Now that the team’s shot at redemption draws near, they are sure to have tunnel vision for the national championship and not care about the sizes of their briefcases.
