A dawn of one of the best, if not the best legacies, in college football history. The ‘winningest’ coach in CFB history, Nick Saban, hung his cap as the head coach of Alabama. Saban has seen many college football championship wins, probably more than any other coach in the league. Hence, the news of his retirement, following 17 stellar seasons with Alabama, came as a huge shocker to all the conferences and the league.

CFB knows the value of Nick Saban and, hence, is deeply moved by the announcement. Each person from football has taken time out to express their heavy feelings. Amidst all this, the Colorado family, one of the top rivals of Alabama, expressed their deep-felt emotions through their words.

Coach Prime was one of the earliest head coaches to comment on Nick Saban’s retirement announcement. “College Football just lost the GOAT to retirement,” were the words stemming out of the sheer shock of Coach Prime. However, Coach Prime leveraged the opportunity to address the behind-the-curtain things happening in college football, raising some suspicions in analysts. “The game has change so much that it chased the GOAT away. College football let’s hold up our mirrors and say HONESTLY what u see.”

Shedeur Sanders, one of the QBs of CFB, who derived inspiration from legendary coaches like Nick Saban, posted about his retirement. “Alabama players tap n,” were the words of Shedeur Sanders. His mother, Pilar Sanders, reposted the story as a sign of solidarity.

Additionally, the newfound talent by Colorado, five-star recruit Jordan Seaton, also commented on Saban’s decision. Seaton prompted the Alabama folks to show all the love they could, so much so that history was created.

Nick Saban’s daughter, Kristen Saban always admired her papa on the football field. For a girl who grew up watching her father celebrating history-defining moments on the football field, the news of his retirement is tough to process. “I’ll say something eventually. So many emotions at the moment,” were the words said by her. She also mentioned “Alabama forever.” Yet, it will be a tough task to envision the Crimson Tide’s future without Nick Saban.
