A brief dig into Colorado’s newest commits

Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffs are about to enter the 2024 season armed with one of the best rosters. Here is a brief introduction of the four newest Buffs members.

  • Quench Wiggins – LSU, Defensive end

Wiggins is a 6’6 4-star recruit who played two seasons with the LSU Tigers. He was the 2022 No. 1 prospect in Louisiana and the No. 9 DL in the nation.

  • Anquin Barnes – Alabama, Defensive tackle

It’s rare to see a player from a top program commit to a lower-tier program but Barnes is an exception. The 4-star prospect played at Alabama for three seasons and was listed on the program’s depth chart as the top 3 nose guard.
