The Sanders family has a couple of sneaker snatchers! And Coach Prime and his sons are having fun teasing about it.
Deion Sanders Jr. took to his social media handles to document his Los Angeles trip with CU Buffs offensive tackle Jordan Seaton. But it wasn’t just the sights and sounds of LA that grabbed everyone’s attention. Deion Jr. sported a gray T-shirt proudly marked “Shedeur Sanders.” Little did the fans know that this playful tribute to the Buffs quarterback had a deeper meaning.
On July 2, Deion Sanders Jr. posted pictures from his outing where he wore a pair of white-and-gold Nike Air Max DT ’96s. Knowing where all eyes are, Bucky took to the caption to reveal: “@deionsanders Shedeur took these shoes from your office, and I stole them from him.” The flashy sneakers look like the iconic Nike LeBron 21 design inspired by Coach Prime’s “Prime Year.” When Coach Prime heard about the sneaker saga, he responded by simply commenting “Lolololol” on the post.

The merrymaking didn’t stop there. Shedeur took to another post on his father’s Instagram, demanding his “white on white ones” back from his brother. Now, Deion Jr. seems never the one to back down from a challenge. He quickly replied, “@shedeursanders I’m about to go to his office. I’ll FaceTime u in a second.” The Sanders siblings might be planning another daring “heist,” all in good fun.

After all, these stylish shoes seem worth the effort! And Deion Jr. can’t resist their flashy charm.
Deion Sanders Jr. employs social media tactics to secure LeBron sneakers
Deion Sanders Jr. made a clever social media move to snag a coveted pair of sneakers. He posted pictures of the unreleased “Prime Year” Nike LeBron 21s on his dad, Deion Sanders’ Instagram handle. “I found these in your office, you might as well let me wear these to Miami tomorrow – @deionsandersjr (I asked you here because you can’t say no in front of everybody),” Bucky playfully captioned the post.

There’s a good reason for Bucky’s sneaker envy. The “Prime Year” LeBron is a special edition design that pays tribute to his dad and James. Inspired by Deion’s classic Nike Air DT Max ’96 design, the shoes feature a vibrant red and white colorway with a black tongue and laces. They also hold a special meaning: the No. 21 represents both LeBron’s 21 years in basketball and Deion’s iconic jersey number.
Bucky might be out of luck with the shoes that have yet to be officially released. Who can blame him for trying? After all, LeBron wore these PEs (player exclusives) earlier this year and even brought his team, the Los Angeles Lakers, a win in the Western Conference playoffs. Now, the only way to snag this beauty before the official release is to slip it out of Deion’s locker room!
