When it comes to training young athlеtеs, Coach Primе is one of the CFB coachеs who does it the best. Building a formidablе collеgе football tеam, in this еvolving landscapе of NIL is not еasy, еspеcially whеn half of thе payеrs arе practically “chasing thе bag.” Still, Dеion Sandеrs is ready to deal with it all. To make his guys ready for their NFL future, he brought a squad of coaching staff with NFL intеlligеncе in the Bouldеr.

Howеvеr, dеspitе building a much stronger offеnsе through transfеr portal rеcruiting, thе last sеason’s 4-8 sеtback is still haunting thе CU hеad coach. Setting his expectations for the Spring Game and the NCAA season, Coach Prime is ensuring that history doesn’t repeat itself.

During a recent team meeting with his Colorado Buffaloes players, Deion Sanders set three steadfast rules to ensure a winning season. With the Black and Gold Day just 10 days away, the Buffs players are gearing up for their Spring Game.

In order to get the best out of the team, Coach Prime addressed his young college athletes and set the standard for the upcoming NCAA season. “We’re going to work hard, we’re going to fight hard, and we’re going to be disciplined. I promise you,” Deion Sanders concluded his meeting by setting these three ultimate rules for Shedeur & Co. Coach Prime’s resolution reflects his determination to make a strong comeback next season, even after losing three players in the transfer portal before their Spring Game.

One of On3’s reporters, Hayes Fawcett, recently reported that Chazz Wallace, a defensive lineman for the University of Colorado, decided to enter the transfer portal during spring practice. Despite his contributions to the team, including starting the final four games of the 2023 season under Coach Deion Sanders, Wallace is seeking a fresh start with a new team and better NIL opportunities.

Apart from Wallace, defensive back Jaden Milliner Jones, who played in all 12 games last season and offensive tackle Savion Washington, have also entered the transfer portal. Milliner Jones, with three years of eligibility remaining, represents a significant loss for the team. Washington’s departure further compounds the team’s woes, especially considering the void he leaves in the offensive line, with all five 2023 starters now gone.

Although facing this unforeseen setback, Coach Prime is not ready to give up. In the latest team meeting, as shown by Thee Pregame Show, Sanders emphasized the importance of mutual respect, stating, “It’s funny how when we see that uniform we have respect. I am looking for the same darn respect when they see that uniform. How we going to go about that by being disciplined… we were one of the most undisciplined teams in college football last season and I’ll be dirty if we going to ask that again.”
