Jordan Seaton is not just embracing the Colorado spirit; he’s embodying it. His dedication to his workout routine, like Deion Sanders’ commitment to his sneakers, drives the Buffs players to take immense pride in their physical fitness. Coach Prime shaking hands with Nike has driven the Buffs players to take great pride in their kicks. Even newcomers like Seaton are catching this spirit, demonstrating their commitment to the team.

As Jordan Seaton heads through his regular day at the gym, he converses with a fellow gym bro and a rival athlete, jumping to the chance of flaunting his university. He is showing off his shiny new pair of revamped Nike Air DT worth about $170. The rival athlete was not about to let Seaton get away with his flaunting as he claimed another university boasting better food than CU. Putting up his best defensive stance, Seaton smiled, “Like come on bro, we got the ribeyes and the real steak.”

The CU football team takes extensive care of its players, going the extra mile to ensure the best physicality for its players. Since good physicality means a good diet, the Buffs have a dedicated diet plan to get these players through the toughest practice days.

Jeff Pitman, the team’s director of strength and conditioning, suggests that an average 6-foot running back needs to consume around 4,000 calories and add another 500 to 1000 calories if they want to put on more weight. Jordan Seaton, however, is not your regular 6-foot tackle.

Standing at an impressive 6-foot-5 and weighing 295 pounds, Seaton faces unique challenges in his training. His size demands a substantial diet, including authentic steak and ribeyes, to fuel his rigorous practice sessions at Colorado. This is especially true during the demanding beach workouts.

We out here in Miami, the work don’t stop,” Seaton said in the video. Later in the video, which Seaton posted on his YouTube channel, he gave the ultimate mantra on how he keeps up with the spring practice chaos: “No matter where you are, get done,” Seaton said while training his shoulders through some lateral raises at the gym.
