Deion Sanders Jr. still holds a bitter memory about it. He might have forgiven if the issue still didn’t persist, but it does. We’re talking about the problem of cars being booted because of the severely strict parking enforcement on the campus of Colorado. It is something that the Boulder campus residents have been complaining about for months, from as back as November 2023, when Shedeur Sanders’ grand $300k Rolls Royce was booted by campus police near Champion Center.
Back in the day, Shedeur Sanders was the one to get into the negative limelight. Gradually, several players and staffers from the Boulder campus started to have the same complaint. It continues till today. However, a frustrated Deion Sanders Jr. was not about to bear it anymore. Making it a personal mission to expose the Boulder campus police, Sanders Jr., aka Bucky took to his Instagram stories to highlight what the problem was.
Sanders Jr. iterated that it was a Saturday, when the campus was not in session, and when the parking looked relatively empty from the video that he shared on his Instagram, yet a truck was booted. ” You really have to be the biggest bomb. The biggest lowlight,” Sanders Jr. said, expressing his annoyance.

Other than Shedeur Sanders, several other players had to succumb to a similar fate with parking violations. Around eight players had their cars towed from the Boulder campus. All of them had to pay a hefty amount to the towing company to get them back. DB Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig had to cough up more than $3,000 to the City of Boulder for 52 parking violations. Travis Hunter wasn’t spared from the parking tickets either. Per Deion Sanders Jr.’s statement in his story, the car that got booted looked like a high school prospect who was there for the official visit to Colorado.

Julian Lewis is the star of CU’s official visit
All eyes and hopes are set on Julian Lewis in Colorado. The five-star USC commit is the prospect that the whole of Buffs have given their blood, sweat, and tears for. JuJu, as he is also called, is a Carrollton high school QB who is the potential replacement for Shedeur Sanders once he leaves for the 2025 NFL draft.

Although the 2025 class prospect has already committed to USC and is “pretty locked in on USC” after his official visit to Auburn and USC, Colorado is still trying their best to make Lewis flip. While the CU staffers are doing their best to make Lewis flip as they host him for the June 21-23 official visit weekend, the die-hard Colorado fans are also not leaving any stone unturned.
The oldest fan of Buffs, 99-year-old Peggy Coppom, took out special time to make a heartfelt request to Julian Lewis to flip to Colorado because she is “tired of being a good loser.” If that was not enough, a 100-year-old burger chain in Colorado, The Spin Burger, launched a special double-patty cheeseburger named ‘Juju’s Precision Pass Burger’ to honor his much-awaited official visit to Colorado. Now all that remains is to hear the decision of Lewis.
