This time, Shedeur Sanders is set to get the perfect team to achieve his dream victories. His dad, Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders, recently put his players through intense training for their big “Big 12” match.

Initially, Deion started with an easy weekend retreat filled with team-building activities. But Coach Prime wasn’t done there. He wanted to push his players to the limit, so the next step was a grueling Navy SEAL workout – one of the toughest military training programs imaginable. The trainer even set up a “quit circle” for players who felt overwhelmed by the pressure.  True to the hype, the workout’s intensity was clear from the very beginning. Every step pushed the players to their limits.

First, the tone was set right, as the trainer shared a powerful story on “Well Off Media,” saying, “I personally have been on 10 deployments overseas to combat. I’ve been on over 500 missions.” He then added a sobering fact that “Most importantly though, I have been to 64 funerals,” highlighting the difficulty of his work.

“For me, that’s 64 of my brothers that would give anything, and I mean anything, to be standing right here on this field, getting ready to go and do this workout and be tested and be challenged,” he added, motivating Shedeur and the team to push their limits for the upcoming challenge.

“So we all standing here right now owe it to our people that are gone to give it all we have during this challenge workout,” he concluded. Though it might sound tough for young college athletes, they didn’t let it dampen their spirits. Each player tried their best “not to quit.” In fact, amidst this rigorous training, the Buffaloes’ two-way phenom shone through one of the Navy SEAL exercises.

Hunter steals the spotlight from Shedeur Sanders

After the trainer’s powerful words, Shedeur Sanders and the Buffaloes started warming up with a jog. Next came a tough test: a swimming race. This wasn’t a surprise – swimming is a crucial skill for Navy SEALs, and Coach Prime wanted his players to be prepared for anything and everything.

To kickstart their first rigorous competition, the trainer split the Buffaloes into 12 teams of four. He then announced, “There should be 12 of you, and you’re all going to compete against the four best swimmers on the [Navy SEAL] team!” Soon after these words, everyone’s eyes were struck on star quarterback Shedeur Sanders. But as the race got underway, the crowd’s attention shifted to Travis Hunter. He dominated the pool, leaving everyone in his wake.  It seems like here again, Hunter is stealing the show, just like he did with the EA Sports College Football cover and maybe even the upcoming Heisman race.
