Jim Harbaugh has hit the jackpot on his staff revamping journey. While Michigan fans are enraged with him for driving away the best of Michigan’s staff, Harbaugh is not paying any heed to the nay-sayers. Truly stepping up as the Chargers’ Head Coach, Jim Harbaugh, has taken great care in amassing his Avenger army!

Jim Harbaugh created a legacy in Michigan, a team from scratch going straight to the National Championship. This is one of the primary reasons why many of his team members chose to follow him to his new team. Per Sam Weeb of 247 Sports, Minter had told several players that he was going to take the job with Harbaugh as the defensive coordinator.

Moreover, Aaron Wilson opined that Jay Harbaugh, Jim Harbaugh’s son, was also predicted to join the Chargers as a special teams coordinator, and Greg Roman as the offensive coordinator. ESPN’s Lindsey Thiry reported that either Brown or Hortiz could be the next general manager. All these rumors proved to be true ultimately. Jim Harbaugh has left the doors of his team wide open for Minter as the new defensive coordinator, Jay Harbaugh as the new special teams coordinator, Joe Hortiz as the new general manager, and Greg Roman as the offensive coordinator. While the buyouts must have put a huge dent in Dean Spanos’s pocket in just 4 days, all the candidates have proved their worth to Harbaugh.

Other than this, one recruit came as a big surprise to the NFL community. Ben Herbert, the former strength and conditioning coach at Michigan, who is credited a huge deal in Michigan’s success last season, also left Michigan. Bruce Feldman predicted bringing in Herbert would be the real test for Harbaugh. But, following the suit of proving himself right despite adversities, Harbaugh passed it with flying colors. While it will be extremely fruitful for the Chargers, the bulk resignation of these important staff members might be a pivotal sabotage for their former teams.
