According to James Yoder of Michigan Football Report, the rumored proposal stands at a substantial $15 to $18 million annually, stretching over a five-year term, and could amount to an eye-watering $90 million.

The Chargers require a coaching and managerial reshuffle, following the departure of head coach Brandon Staley and GM Tom Telesco, after a lopsided 63-21 loss to the Raiders on December 15. ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported mutual interest between the Chargers and Jim Harbaugh, stating, “It is real and it is legitimate. I believe Harbaugh has a mutual interest as well. The chance with that quarterback, Justin Herbert, and to make something happen.”
