Anyway, in recent news, Deiondra Sanders, the daughter of NFL legend Deion Sanders, posted a humorous Instagram story. The story put up on 6th July with the cute caption “When you can’t wait to feel the baby kick, but then you find out you’re carrying a young Bruce Lee” showed the 30-week-old future Sanders playfully kicking around like Bruce Lee in her mother’s womb.

Deiondra’s pregnancy journey has been filled with both joy and challenges. Known for her battles with uterine fibroids, she has undergone multiple myomectomy surgeries, making her pregnancy high-risk from the start and acid reflux issues as well. But looks like all the Sanders are quite amazing fighters. As covered by PeopleMag, “I am having my baby for all the times I was told I wouldn’t be able to. I’m having my baby for all the doctors that told me I wouldn’t make it out of the first trimester,” Deiondra was spotted saying. The Buffs fans have to agree that the young miss Sanders has accepted her journey with a heart full of positivity.

Her partner, R&B singer Jacquees, has been a pillar of support throughout this period. His excitement and support were evident in his reaction to the pregnancy news, as he shared heartfelt messages and photos, celebrating their journey together. However, that’s not all. Her family has also been there next to her since the start of her journey.

The Sanders family’s support

Throughout her pregnancy, Deiondra has received immense support from her family, particularly her father, Deion Sanders. Known as Coach Prime, Deion has embraced his new role as a soon-to-be grandfather with humor and enthusiasm. Despite initial mixed reactions, he has shown unwavering support for his daughter. Deion humorously commented on the pregnancy announcement, saying, “U having this baby to make me a darn GRANDDADDY even though I’m YOUNG!” This playful attitude has been a source of comfort and joy for Deiondra​.

Her mother, Carolyn Chambers, initially had reservations about the pregnancy, especially given the health risks involved. “When I first told my mom I was pregnant, she didn’t react the way I thought she was going to,” Deiondra shared with Atlanta Black Star. However, as time passed, she too became a strong supporter, eagerly anticipating the arrival of her grandchild. Now only time will tell what career will the young baby boy pick. Maybe he’ll go for music like Deion Sanders Jr or maybe another QB like Shedeur or a career in MMA? Judging from all the Bruce Lee moves.
