On the 13th June episode of ‘Thee Pregame Show‘, Uncle Neely sat down with Warren Sapp, as the seventh part in the series, ‘Wednesdays with Warren.’ Before heading into any discussions about the Buffaloes or Deion Sanders, Neely asked Sapp about his thoughts on the Boston Celtics versus the Dallas Mavericks game that occurred on 10th June. Even though the Celtics won the game by a score of 105-98, Sapp had advice for the men in green and told them about the weak point of Kyrie Irving.

Kyrie Irving is undoubtedly one of the dominant weapons of the Mavericks and as such, it is pivotal for the Celtics to stop him dead in the tracks before he comes closer to the basket. As per Sapp, Irving is not that good at making 3-pointers, which could be something that the Celtics could use to their advantage. He said, “If we can get Kyrie Irving off the milk carton, it might be serious. He missing, he’s definitely missing. He is 0 for eight from the three-point lane. He’s shooting 25%.”

The Celtics are already leading the 7-game series with a lead of 2-0 but if they want to win game 3 as well, then they’ll have to pay heed to the Hall of Famer Sapp’s words or come up with a brilliant strategy of their own. Stay tuned for updates.
