Deion Sanders recently appeared on MILLION DOLLAZ WORTH OF GAME and made a particular comment about Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter’s prospective NFL landing places. Interestingly, this statement stole the attention and blew the internet. He was asked where he sees his son and the Buffs two-way star in the NFL, to which he replied, “There’s certain cities that ain’t gonna happen… It’s going to be an Eli.”
Deion Sanders suggests that if his son lands on a team he doesn’t want him to be on, he will reject that particular team’s offer and move on to the next potential squad. While some support Coach Prime’s concerns for his players, some don’t. And some still support Deion Sanders but advise others against following the same path.

NFL on ESPN recently uploaded a video of former NFL stars Shannon Sharpe, Andrew Hawkins, and Robert Griffin III, who came together to discuss their take on Coach Prime’s recent comment. Former Cincinnati Bengals WR Andrew Hawkins may be for Coach Prime, but he advises against others pulling the same thing, saying, “My advice would be not to follow a blueprint that you don’t have the tools for.” He warns Division I coaches in recruiting players who want to go into coaching and dads with sons who are top picks with the same message, “You ain’t Deion.” He continued, “The same message to players whose daddies want to take the same approach, your daddy ain’t Deion.”
Hawkins justified his statement on Coach Prime’s credibility by lauding his achievements as an unconventional figure known as a star player, a legendary coach, an excellent media member, and an incredible mentor in the NFL circle. So, he shot a brutal reality check to everyone to abstain from following the same path as him unless they “have the leverage to do so otherwise it’s probably not going to go for you the way that you think it is.” Still, other NFL veterans have mixed opinions.
