One of Colorado Buffaloes QB Shedeur Sanders’ biggest traits is his self-confidence. And this trait is shown in its best light when he was asked to build a perfect quarterback. It may not come as a surprise to everyone, but he rates himself in four out of six qualities that his idea of an ideal QB should have, including one trait from Tom Brady.
The Buffs did not have the result they expected last season falling 4-8. Nevertheless, Shedeur Sanders delivered a noteworthy performance despite troubles on the field resulting in him being sacked 52 times. Even so, he believes in himself and his statement will prove it.

In his previous interview with Complex, Shedeur Sanders said, “I’ll say it’s a mixture because I’m able to stay in the pocket and deliver the ball. I can play like Brady, but I’m also able to extend plays, and if it’s not there, take it like Vick. So it just depends.”
He further adds on the perfect QB saying, “I say it’s a mixture of a lot of great QBs that all just have a different skill set. So that’s why I feel like I’m special in what I bring to the table.” His performance last year radiates his confidence with him throwing 27 touchdown passes with only three interceptions despite a lackluster offense.

Shedeur Sanders looks up to mentor Tom Brady
Tom Brady has reportedly mentored Shedeur Sanders since high school, turning him into one of the best college football QBs. Shedeur Sanders has nothing but respect and admiration for the NFL GOAT who completed his NFL career with an accuracy percentage of 67.7%. It’s no wonder Shedeur Sanders credits his performance as “Brady Mode” in the 43-35 double-overtime victory over CSU. Another instance of his unwavering self-confidence is his statement on his drive on the Buffs 2-yard line, “If he can do it, I know I can do it. We just alike.” Coming back to the perfect QB, the combo of Shedeur Sanders, Tom Brady, and Michael Vick would form a legendary quarterback that would dominate college football.
