Deion Sanders teaches the team about errors in teamwork by giving them an example of Ferrari’s mistakes. The 56-year-old NFL Hall of Famer has had a tough season with the Buffs so far. Though their season is coming to an end, the team still has a chance to make the playoffs if they somehow manage to win their next 2 matches.

Coach Prime is known to be a racing fan and has visited the famous Indy 500 circuit a couple of times. He has talked to his team about how “everybody comes together for one coming goal” on the track and encouraged the players to inculcate the same sort of habit. But in a recent video, Sanders can be seen talking about the issues of miscommunication to prepare the team for their biggest challenge in the upcoming few games.

In a recent video that was released by the Colorado Buffaloes, Coach Prime talks to his players and advises them against the dangers of miscommunication. The Buffaloes are on the verge of winning the league after a string of disappointing losses. Thus, it was imperative that Sanders sat the team down and got the message through their heads.

Coach Prime showed the team a Ferrari and Lewis Hamilton video when the pit crew failed to communicate properly which eventually caused severe mishaps. He said, “The communication where the car drives out and someone hits him from the side, so that’s communication. Someone had to be telling him the car’s coming and give him a second. Now he’s out of the whole race, now he don’t have an opportunity to win just because of a lack of communication. ” Thus, the Colorado team will have to take these words to heart as they try to make it to the playoffs with the very few chances they have.

The Colorado Buffaloes currently have a poor 4-5 record. To make it to the playoffs, the team will have to ensure that they win two of the three games that are left in the regular season. If there aren’t enough teams at 6-6 or better, James Madison and Jacksonville State will be the next candidates. The Bowls will then invite 5-7 teams, with Colorado’s best chance at making a bowl game due to their recent performance. But even with Coach Prime’s fine words of advice, it will be a miracle if the team manages to pull through to the final playoffs.
