On January 30, 2021, the audience at the stadium, as well as the ones sitting in front of their screens, were holding their breaths to witness what the up-and-coming star of Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes could do against the Bengals. For the past 8 seasons, Robert Livingston has been a companion of the Bengals. More specifically, in the past 6 seasons, he has extensively trained the safeties, who were credited as the only thing standing between Chiefs and their AFC 2021 Championship, when the franchise won the divisional Championship in each of its preceding, succeeding, and each season after. The season of 2021 was for Bengals making their way towards the Super Bowl with their 27-14 win against the Chiefs. However, the safeties continued to show their blockbuster performance as Bates intercepted Stafford in the Super Bowl to stop the first-half score. 2021 was a season that etched itself on Livingston’s legacy, which he is expected to create even more at his new expected new workplace: the Colorado Buffaloes Boulder campus.
