The failed star of the New York Jets can’t seem to find a new home for himself, as per recent reports. He was destined to be the newest generational talent for the men in green but unfortunately, his flame fizzled before he could ever prove himself. And now that the Jets are giving up on him, life in the NFL doesn’t seem to look too good for Zach Wilson.

With many teams eyeing McCarthy including the likes of the Vikings and the Chargers, it looks like the Jets will be joining that race in the hopes of replacing their released QB, Zach Wilson. The 2023 Heisman Trophy contender has a bright future ahead of him but as the Draft draws in closer, it will be interesting to see where the Michigan prodigy ends up.
Could J.J. McCarthy land up with the New York Jets?
It is obvious that McCarthy is on his way to being a top-5 QB Draft pick, right behind players like Caleb Williams, Drake Maye, and Jayden Daniels. While the Minnesota Vikings are rumored to want to trade for a 4th or a 5th pick in the hopes of signing McCarthy, the Jets will also be formulating a new game plan to lure the QB toward their side.
