Following his official unveiling on Sunday, soccer legend Lionel Messi received a warm reception from a host of renowned figures in American sports and entertainment. As he stepped out onto the rain-soaked DRV PNK Stadium, he was greeted by a passionate crowd of 20,000 fans.

Leading the pack in welcoming the star’s arrival was none other than Tom Brady, the seven-time Super Bowl winner who recently retired from the NFL. Adding to the excitement, Steph Curry, a four-time NBA champion, also extended his best wishes to the new addition.

The Soccer world giant, who spent 21 years at Barcelona, has made a stunning move to Inter Miami, a team co-owned by David Beckham. The deal is worth $150 million and will see 36 YO Messi join the team in the 2023 season. To celebrate his arrival, the Men in Blazers Media Network, a popular soccer podcast, and TV show, posted a video on Twitter featuring stars from different fields welcoming Messi to his new team, Vice City.

The video includes NBA star Steph Curry and NFL icon Tom Brady, who welcomed former Catalonia star Messi. Barcelona, the capital and largest city of Catalonia, is also the home of FC Barcelona.

Seven-time Super Bowl Champion, Brady says: “Leo, I wanted to say congratulations on the big move to Miami.” And four-time NBA champion, Curry adds: “I just want to say congratulations on the transition. Good luck, I know it’s new beginnings.”

The video also features, Colombian singer J Balvin, and sportscaster Andres Cantor. They all praise Messi and express their excitement for his future in Miami.
