Do New England Patriots need a Wide Receiver?
The New England Patriots have had a horror start to their 21/22 NFL campaign so far. They are 2-3 from the first 5 matches and have left a lot to be desired. It is their offense that has been a hit or miss, mostly. While rookie quarterback Mac Jones has shown amazing spells of performances, his consistency still leaves a lot to be desired.
Heading into the season, if there was one position that looked like needing reinforcements, it was certainly the wide receiver position and the performances so far reflect that. While they have some decent depth possibilities, there isn’t a reliable go-to man for Mac Jones. So yes, New England Patriots need a wide receiver.
Jayson Tatum as a Wide Receiver for the New England Patriots?
The Celtics took to Twitter to help their fellow Boston side by suggesting a potential Wider Receiver. The wide receiver they suggested was none other than Jayson Tatum.“@Patriots, looking for another receiver?” they tweeted.
Along with the tweet was a video attached of Jayson Tatum catching a basketball with one hand and breaking into laughter after grabbing it. In response, the New England Patriots cheekily replied as well. Does this mean he’s in consideration? Amidst LeBron James’ comments about being in the NFL, will this camaraderie go down well.
