The Tampa Bay Buccaneers dominated on Sunday when they met the Dallas Cowboys at the AT&T stadium. Ryan Succop was definitely the star of the match with Tom Brady. The Bucs’ placekicker Succop scored four field goals back to back, taking the game away from the Cowboys. While Tom Brady completed a touchdown pass to finish the assault. However, a chip block by Leonard Fournette on Micah Parsons was the highlight of The Bucs’ 19-3 victory.

Let us look at what happened in the most discussed block during match Week 1. Fournette obstructed Micah Parsons, making it easier for Brady to throw a pass. However, because Parsons was already in a brawl with Buccaneers tackle Josh Wells, things got a little rough.

As the viral match clip circulated on social media, Parsons responded with a tweet. “Now go watch the tape! And see what happened when it was me and him one on one!!! You hit someone not looking you straight p—-!! Stop hyping this weak a– shit, it’s football!!”

But, after being called a ‘p*ssy,’ Fournette responded sarcastically with a crying Michal Jordan gif.

Von Miller also concerned with the block by Leonard Fournette

Although Micah Parsons might have a supporter in the form of Von Miller, the 2011 NFL Rookie of the Year, disagreed with Fournette’s style of field action. This type of block, according to the Buffalo Bills outside the linebacker, should be prohibited in the NFL. On Twitter, he expresses his discontent, writing, “This block must be taken out of the game!”

Arguably, this incident also gives validation to the call that the NFL rules protect the offensive payers more than their defensive counterparts. Now it might be high time for the authority to look into this matter.

While Miller believes these types of blocks are dangerous, the feud between Micah Parson and Leonard Fournette is likely to continue until the next time they meet. However, because neither of them will face each other on the field soon, social media platforms will be the only means of competing for their respective outraged fans for the time being.
