Kyrie Irving and the Brooklyn Nets’ current situation is a matter of concern. After landing in hot water for sharing a link to an antisemitic film, Irving did not publicly apologize until much later.

The Brooklyn Nets have now issued a list of demands that Irving has to meet if he hopes to return from his suspension. The demands include an apology, a contribution of half a million dollars for fighting antisemitism, sensitivity training, and meeting Jewish leaders. It also includes a meeting with Nets owner Joe Tsai to showcase that he understands what he did wrong. The only box checked off that extensive list so far is a public apology.
