Shaquille O’Neal is one of the vocal supporters of Deion Sanders. In a friendship that stretches beyond time and the sports field, they have seldom expressed public admiration of the other. Back in 2022, when Dallas Cowboys were looking for a Head Coach, the NBA legend recommended Prime Time.

It was this support that resonated with the friendship they have had over the years. And this friendship has seeped into their personal lives, with Sanders’ son taking up music as a career path in recent months. And it would cost the former Falcons man a plea, as he would have to request his son to let him collaborate.

Shedeur Sanders, Coach Prime’s oldest son, has joined his father in his move to the Colorado Buffaloes. The move will not come as a surprise to many fans, but what will surprise them is Shedeur’s music interests. The Buffaloes QB has almost 20 songs prepared and could drop in upcoming albums. As the album includes collaborations with stars like Future, and Antonio Brown, to name a few.

But this list of stars has eluded one man, which is Shedeur’s father, Deion Sanders. Despite the HC-QB relationship, despite the father-son relationship, Shedeur has chosen to not ask his father to drop bars with him in his future album. When the duo got together on a call, Prime Time would have to plead to his own son to let him collaborate alongside him.

Although hesitant at first, the QB would give in to his father’s request with some reservations. This has set up Coach Prime to feature in his first-ever music collaboration ever. Following this, it would not be surprising if Coach Prime gave his NBA friend a call for advice. Since Shaq has turned to a career in the music industry 4,000 days after retirement.
