Charles Barkley Backstabs NBA Superstars Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson Over Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce Three Weeks Ahead of Scheduled Faceoff

Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce made history this February with their Super Bowl win. They triumphed over Philadelphia Eagles. But this time, their opponent is not somebody from the football world. They are up for a match against another one of the legendary duos from the basketball world. And what better fun for the winningest duos than a star-studded golf match?

However, a few weeks before commencing the Match, the NBA legend, Charles Barkley made an appearance on Kelce’s podcast. Interestingly, the Round Mound of Rebound was not at all supportive of his NBA peers.

Another edition of the ‘New Heights’ saw NBA TNT host, Charles Barkley come on the show. As Barkley shared a lot of laughs with the Kelce brothers, the trio talked about different possibilities for the outcome of the golfing competition. Incidentally, Barkley betrayed his NBA peers and claimed the stake that the NFL players will be winning. Interestingly, he was referring to the golf game between Kelce-Mahomes and Curry-Thompson.

He said, “I also think the football players are going to win. Seriously, well I know Steph is really good okay yeah I don’t know anything about Klay. But I have actually played with your brother and Pat they’re gonna play good enough.”

Interestingly, the upcoming edition of the match will be an iconic one that showcases the battle between the NFL and the NBA.
