However, for a moment, the entire crowd’s attention shifted to an NFL superstar’s future in the league. Super Bowl champion Odell Beckham Jr. was in the crowds. The LA crowd had an intriguing team suggestion for the free-agent wide receiver. And it wasn’t the Rams or the Chargers.

Odell won the Super Bowl LVI ring with the Rams in 2022, even tearing his ACL in the process. And the LA crowd chanting a different franchise name couldn’t have been a pleasant sound for the former NY Giants wideout.

Odell Beckham gets a ton of advice from the LA crowd

While LeBron James and Kawhi Leonard fought it out at the Crypto Arena, with the latter claiming the 125-118 win, the crowd spotted a familiar courtside face. Superstar wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. However, besides Creed actor Michael B. Jordan, not a lot of stars were present on the night. And Odell got the extra attention.

Beckham Jr. had a tough time getting into the arena as fans crowded around him for selfies and team suggestions. Odell granted multiple selfie requests. And the fans suggested an alliance with the Las Vegas Raiders, according to TMZ. “Come to the Raiders baby,” one Sin City supporter shouted.

Odell even joked with TMZ Sports about his chosen destination. “You want me to tell you where I’m gonna go?” he asked before walking away without answering. The crowd appreciated the dry humor with some laughs.

Where is OBJ headed for the 2023 season?

The torn ACL from 2022 kept him out last season. However, Odell’s recent Arizona State workouts have shown that he is more than ready for a return to the gridiron. Sporting which colors? That remains the tricky part.

The Baltimore Ravens, with all the money saved from the Lamar Jackson deal, put out their own offer for Odell during the NFL Annual Meeting last month in Phoenix. The financial details of that contract remain unknown. A few weeks ago, OBJ refuted claims of demanding $20 million in pay from his next team. “I’m just so confused where the quote is from me that said I want 20. All I’m saying is 4 ain’t enough,” he tweeted.
