Their initial connection seemed strong, and wedding plans were on the horizon. However, their love story faced obstacles along the way, and just before the wedding bells could ring, their relationship, unfortunately, didn’t flourish as they had hoped. After two years of dating, they made the difficult decision to go their separate ways.

A recap of their love story!

After ending his three-year relationship with actress Olivia Munn in 2017, Rodgers found himself single. Around the same time, Danica Patrick also ended her five-year relationship with NASCAR driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. In January 2018, Patrick confirmed her new relationship with Rodgers, and the couple made their first public appearance together at the Daytona 500. They shared a sweet moment when cameras captured Rodgers giving Patrick a good-luck kiss before her final NASCAR race. During their time together, Patrick appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” and discussed hosting the ESPYs, meeting the Dalai Lama with Rodgers, and embracing her newfound love for the Green Bay Packers.

As Patrick made history as the first woman to host the ESPYs, Rodgers made a surprise cameo in her parody of “I, Tonya,” stealing the show. Rodgers openly expressed his love for Patrick in Artful Magazine, which was a departure from his typically private stance on his love life. He enjoyed the opportunity to be more public about his relationship with Patrick, especially on social media. In addition, Patrick experienced a sense of intimidation from Rodgers. Despite the presence of a supportive and affectionate dynamic between them, Patrick and Rodgers ultimately chose to go their separate ways in July 2020.
