The Yankees are pushing hard to retain their star asset Aaron Judge. Judge is currently a free agent who is yet to commit to any team. Along with the Yankees, San Francisco Giants are also pushing for the reigning MLB MVP’s signature.
Judge was in attendance of the NFL’s NFC South clash between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New Orleans Saints on Monday in Tampa Bay. Before the kickoff, he even came face-to-face with Buccaneers star QB Tom Brady.

The meeting has sent MLB fans around the country into a speculative overdrive. A fan thinks Judge meeting Brady means the MLB star is joining the Tampa Bay Rays.

Brady played for the New England Patriots for most of his long NFL career, winning six Super Bowl titles in his time there. Fans have come to the conclusion that Brady might persuade Judge to move away from the Red Sox’s archrivals the Yankees. Well, the Rays might prove to be the dark horses in this race after all.

Brady still exudes magic
If Brady is indeed trying to get Judge away from the Yankees, he might have convinced him by some magic. Not only Judge but the entire Raymond James Stadium was witness to the magical Tom Brady. The Buccaneers QB led his team to two touchdowns in the dying minutes of the fourth quarter to complete a comeback win over the Saints. He still has got that magic.

The win against the Saints has improved the playoff chances of the Buccaneers. The Tampa-based franchise is at the top of the NFC South with a par 6-6 overall record. Nobody knows if Brady met Judge as a courtesy call, as a friend or really to convince him to come to Tampa. But if anybody can convince him of anything, it is Brady.
