Only recently was Rodgers spotted living up to the New York lifestyle when the Jets new QB attended Pop Megastar Taylor Swift’s New Jersey concert. But, it seems there is not just Rodgers but other fans of the pop star in the city.

Rodgers, who enters his 19th season at the age of 39, has been in the news ever since his passion for Swift’s music came to the fore, with many dating rumors between the two circulating. While the internet is still recovering from Rodgers’ newly discovered enthusiasm as a ‘Swiftie’, in the meantime, a rival Taylor Swift fan has emerged across town from Aaron Rodgers. 

Aaron Rodgers faces stiff competition for Taylor Swift’s interest

After moving to the Jets, Rodgers may have captured the throne of the biggest New York star-athlete, but he still faces stiff competition from the superstar captain of the New York Yankees. The Yankees have been the gem of New York sports, and their Captain, Aaron Judge, has led the team to many heights. But after Judge professed his love for Swift’s music, he seems to be coming after Aaron Rodgers’ interest in the pop star. 

“I was, early on Taylor Swift fan, when she was a little country… some of her new stuff man, you getting ready to go to the park, you throw that on – it gets you in a good mood,” Aaron Rodgers said in the viral clip circulating around the internet.

With a net worth of nearly $50 Million, Judge poses stiff competition to Rodgers’ interest in Taylor Swift. While both the athletes are at the top of their respective sports for their teams, it would definitely be interesting to see if the duo’s clashing interests for the pop star can brew up a sneaky rivalry between two of sports’ most famous ‘Swifties’. 

The Rodgers-Swift dating rumors continue 

Aaron Rodgers has been single for quite a while. The QB has been in search of a second ring to fit on his gifted fingers, but ever since his 2011 Super Bowl win, Rodgers has neither found another championship nor a wedding ring to tie the knot. He did come close to the latter after his engagement with Shailene Woodley, but that too, came to an end last year.

But the QB and his fans haven’t given up hope yet. Rodgers has been in several dating rumors with Taylor Swift ever since he attended the popstar’s concert. Even Rodgers’ own friend, AJ Hawk urged his pal to go after Swift in his segment on the Pat McAfee show. However, it eventually turns out, one thing is for certain. Aaron Rodgers is on the Hunt for his second ring. Whether it comes with the Jets or from his complicated love life, is the only question that remains.
