Tom Brady and Gisele B?ndchen co-own several properties and estates in Boston, Los Angeles, New York, Tampa, Montana, and New York City. Since getting married in 2009, it has remained their dream to purchase grand mansions at exotic locations and refurbish them to their standards before living in them.
One such luxurious house at Bahama Circle in Tampa Bay was their home when the quarterback arrived for the first time, bagging a contract with his new team in 2020.

Although Brady now has a new $17 million house on Indian Creek Island in Miami, the former one happens to be an iconic structure at Tampa Bay. Back in 2021, it was sold for a record price of $22.5 million. However, the new owners who purchased the property have reportedly applied for a permit to demolish the entire mansion. They are willing to tear it down and construct three separate structures.
“It?s going to be quite a feat I would imagine to tear that down,” Tampa realtor Stephen Gay said.

“I?m assuming if it is torn down, there?s a lot of stuff that?s great that could be salvaged out of the property for hopefully Habitat for Humanity or something like that,” he added before detailing the facilities inside the mansion.

New York Yankees baseball legend Derek Jeter initially developed this property. He bought the land in 2011 and built a luxurious 22,000-plus square foot, 7-bedroom, 16-bathroom house. This property resided on a 1.25-acre land and used to have three structures.
