Wounds that are not visible to the human eye are often the ones that take the longest to heal. A year since it was inflicted, one such wound still stings the ‘most hated player in the NFL.’  It is a sting of what could have been his second career championship win, and a knell to his pro-football career. “If we had won, I would have probably been done,” voiced the NFL villain as he sat down to unwind.

After his time with the Philadelphia Eagles, the NFL’s “most hated player” is gearing up for a new season of on-field action. In his recent interview in London, the NFL legend recounted crucial insights into the sensational championship match against the Philadelphia Eagles and Mahaome’s Kansas City Chiefs.

“I’m not officially done,” said the NFL villain, Ndamukong Suh referring to the painful memory of the 38-35 loss to Patrick Mahomes. Despite leading 24-14 at halftime, the Eagles lost out to the Chiefs. Suh, who appeared in eight regular-season games for the Eagles last year and three playoff matchups, can’t shake off the disappointment. If the Eagles had won the Super Bowl, he would have probably retired, “Walk away being a champion and then ride off into the sunset and see what the media world had for me.”

But they failed, and the 13-year veteran is not letting it rest till he is able to right the 2022 wrong. At halftime, Philadelphia held a 24-14 lead over Mahomes’ squad. Jalen Hurts outperformed the Chiefs’ star, and the Eagles were just 30 minutes away from a potential championship victory. But the defense gave way in the second half,we got outcoached and outplayed in the second half of that game, and obviously that led to us losing the match.” Having already lost his first Super Bowl and failing to achieve his dream even after coming so close to winning his second, the villainous defensive back recalls “how that really stung.”

He has fueled the pain into motivation and is ready for yet another glorious NFL season with a new team. And while Shul looks for a new team, Patric Mahomes is likely to assume a new role!

Patrick the Punter!

The MVP quarterback has been having a fairly good run after an initial fumble with the Chiefs and is likely to assume a new role announced Kansas City’s special teams coordinator Dave Toub. In the Chiefs’ 19-8 victory over the Broncos on October 12, Kansas City’s usual punter, Tommy Townsend, was sidelined due to a knee injury. The team has found a backup punter in none other than their star quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Mahomes has never punted in his college or professional NFL career, but according to Toub, “He can do it…He can do it all, that guy.”
