Gisele Bündchen spilled the beans on life post-divorce with the NFL legend Tom Brady in an interview in September 2023. There has been a lot of scrutiny into their 13-year-old marriage, but during the interview, all that Bündchen expressed was her trust in Brady.

It has set an ideal example of how to carry forward with life, maintaining a healthy relationship with each other. This brings to light the real reasons behind their split-up.

Trust in the transition to Bündchen and Brady’s evolving relationship

As the pages of their love story turned, a new chapter emerged in September last year when Brady’s former wife, Bündchen, startled the audience with an interview with CBS Sunday Morning. Being very optimistic about her present situation, she stated, “I look into my life and I wouldn’t have it any other way I wouldn’t have any other life, I wouldn’t have done it if they say could you change something in your life I wouldn’t change absolutely anything.”

On being further enquired if she still held the same disposition after her divorce from Brady, she expressed her gratitude, “I mean he’s the father of my kids you know so I always wish him the best and I mean I’m so grateful that he gave me wonderful children”. One year after their divorce, Brady and Bündchen decided to still walk on the same road while fulfilling their responsibility as co-parents for their kids, Benjamin and Vivian. Even though they have come together as parents, they have different takes on life that remains the primary cause of their divorce.

Different life choices for Brady and Bündchen  

Previously, Bündchen described the end of her more-than-a-decade-old marriage with Brady as a “death and rebirth.” Dispelling other rumors, she shed light on the complexities of their journey that ultimately ended up in separation. Tracing down the exact reason, Bündchen highlighted how her take on life differed from that of her former husband.

She claimed, “We realize that we just wanted different things, and now we have a choice to make. That doesn’t mean you don’t love the person.” Now that both Brady and Bündchen have progressed in different ways, her said, “It just means that for you to be authentic and truly live the life that you want to live, you have to have somebody who can meet you in the middle.”

Brady and Bündchen have now moved on in their personal lives, with the former quarterback dating model Irina Shayk, while Bündchen romantically linked up with Jiujitsu trainer Joaquim Valente. However, they still share respect and trust toward each other, which makes the rough journey of co-parenting harmonious for their kids.
