Having Tom Brady as a part owner of your club comes with its special benefits. Like getting a brand new ‘home kit’ in the middle of the year as a surprise. Despite getting relegated to League One, Brady is not letting the spirits of the Birmingham FC players down. For it, he has introduced some shiny new gear in store for them. As the city of Le Mans is brimming with excitement for the ‘Circuit des 24 Heures du Mans’, an annual motor racing event, Tom Brady brought another exciting news to the city of La Mans.

“We brought the new home kit to Le Mans,” Tom Brady captioned his Instagram post announcing the news. In the carousel of pictures, Brady was flaunting the bright blue colored Nike t-shirts with a white accented logo of Undefeated, the sponsors of the t-shirts, and a Birmingham FC logo on the top left. Given Brady’s fine taste in sporting wear, he collaborated with Undefeated Inc, a $29.8 million revenue-generating brand established in 2002, to roll out some fine-looking t-shirts for the Birmingham FC players.

While unveiling the new home jersey of the Blues, Brady shared the stage with new investor Tom Wagner, the co-founder of Knighthead Capital Management LLC and Chairman of the board, to announce the news. What a happening week for the Blues it has been. First, the appointment of their new general manager, Chris Davis, followed by the announcement of their season ticket prices, and now the revelation of their new home kits. It only shows how thrilled the newer stakeholders are for the team to perform well in League One.

Tom Brady on Birmingham FC

Tom Brady has been doing his Birmingham ownership duties very well. Despite having only 333 ‘B’ shares of the club, which equals to no voting rights for Tom Brady in Birmingham FC, Brady has taken the ownership he got pretty seriously. Since the time Brady has started overlooking the infrastructure at St. Andrews, per Sky Sports, the stadium is looking less dilapidated post-pandemic.

Yet Brady believes that he still “has a lot to learn.” Even Wagner, the other new investor of the Blues, says that they are “We are not here for a short period of time, we are here for the long haul.” After all the revamp, the Blues fans would wait to see how the underdog Birmingham FC’s performance turns out to be in League One.
