Surprisingly, he disclosed his nightmares after ex-Colts quarterback Peyton Manning announced the Colts‘ reunion on Instagram.

Taking to his official IG handle, ex-NFL QB Manning, who played 14 seasons with the Indianapolis Colts, dropped the reunion update. “Getting the band back together in Indy next week to share stories from our Super Bowl XLI season. Gear up with Night of Champions merch at the link in bio,” he mentioned in the post. At this moment, he also shared a picture featuring himself while holding the Colts’ t-shirt. This t-shirt also featured the Colts’s formidable players.

However, surprisingly, the five-time Super Bowl MVP took to the comment section and admitted that he has been suffering from nightmares for 18+ years. “That group still gives me nightmares,” he mentioned.


Tom Brady dominated the Colts multiple times while playing against them in the 2001, 2003, and 2011 seasons. And 15-time Pro Bowler Brady played against 14-time Pro Bowler Manning 17 times with an 11-6 record. With their fierce rivalry, they thrilled NFL fans. This comment is an acknowledgment of just how intense those battles were.

Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning and other Colts legendary players are all set to celebrate the 2006 Super Bowl-winning season. To make this event more memorable, the Super Bowl XLI winning QB will host a big reunion event- “Night of Champions” on February 24th. The highly anticipated reunion event will be conducted at the Murat Theatre at Old National Centre in downtown Indy. Many A-list guests will be joining in this celebration.

2 months ago in December, Manning announced the Night of Champions event through his entertainment company Omaha Productions’ official X handle. “It’s a reunion celebrating our 2006 Colts team and that Super Bowl-winning season. Coach Dungy, myself, and other members of the Colts’ Ring of Honor will be at the Murat Theatre at Old National Centre telling stories and talking football. We’ll discuss the greatest plays and most memorable moments from the Super Bowl run. And, who knows, maybe Jeff Saturday and I will yell at each other just like old times,” he mentioned.

The 2006-07 Colts team finished with a 12-4 record, as it marked their fourth straight 12-win season before they went on to secure the Super Bowl XLI. Manning had made impeccable records with 4,397 yards and 35 touchdowns in the regular season. And, indeed, it is a core memory for a certain generation of fans, who are excitedly waiting to see the Colts players reunite. Sleep tight, Mr. Brady!
