Moving the focus from Brady draws attention to C.J. Stroud. The inaugural NFL season with, Stroud, the rookie QB of Houston Texans has transcended all expectations. Years later when Brady was active in the sport, the rookie secured a team-friendly contract. Stroud was drafted as the second overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft and bagged a four-year deal that amounted to approximately $36,279,243.

The substantial signing bonus that was included in this rookie contract, With the entry of Stroud, his remarkable performance propelled the NFL squad into playoff contention. Within the standout rookie season, his earnings got segregated among his modest base salary of $750,000 which was backed up by $5.8 million as a bonus. 

As Stroud progressed his NFL journey with the Houston Texans, his salary witnessed an increment every year. According to the latest known amount, in 2024 his salary touched the $2.3 million mark. The player has an edge with Brady, since Stroud acquired the Heisman Trophy.
