In a recent interview with ‘CBS Sunday Morning’ on September 24, Gisele spoke about her divorce from Tom Brady and their commitment to co-parenting.
Only three days after Gisele’s interview with CBS aired, Tom Brady hosted a podcast episode alongside renowned boxer Canelo Alvarez. However, as the episode progressed, both Brady and Alvarez surprisingly discovered a shared preference.

Canelo is all about descipline
Retired quarterback Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald, and Jim Gray had a conversation with the undefeated super-middleweight champion, Canelo Álvarez, on the week 4 episode of ‘LET’S GO!’, before his historic title fight against the undisputed super-welterweight champ, Jermell Charlo. During the conversation, Canelo shared details about his life- both personal and professional, including how he has managed to avoid being knocked out during his boxing career.

When Tom Brady asked if athlete discipline is challenging for him, “For me, it’s natural,” Canelo Alvarez replied adding, “ It’s a part of my routine. I don’t, like, I don’t go to the gym because I need to go, I go to the gym because it’s part of my life. If I don’t go to the gym, I, for me, it’s weird…I eat healthy because.,.I feel good when I eat healthy, you know, it’s, it’s part of me.”
During the conversation, both the NFL GOAT and boxing champ bonded over some of their other shared traits.

Brady absolutely agreed with his statement as he further added, “For all people listening, you know, the fear of failure, a lot of times, people debilitate from trying new things, because, in the end, they don’t wanna see themselves not doing well or something, not necessarily because of themselves, but they are worried what other people might think….and in the end, they are doing it for themselves not for anyone else.”
Canelo also discussed how staying in discipline helped him to learn to speak English and play golf, a game that was once ‘boring’ to him. Brady, Larry, and Jim Gray further continued their discussion on how discipline plays a vital role in building confidence in all areas of life.
