Little Erin was just a young child when she knew what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. Ride horses and own a ranch. Proud dad, Terry Bradshaw, was quick to get her a trainer and also a paint horse. Its name was Socks. What followed was years of practice and competition, but no one would have imagined her future husband too would share a similar passion.
She married Scott Weiss in 2017. He is the head trainer of Scott Weiss Show Horses and specializes in training AQHA and APHA Western Pleasure horses. He also dabbles in raising, selling, and training homebred horses. Together, the couple owns a ranch in Aubrey, Texas, and spend a lot of time together running it. With that, Erin shared a new update on how her husband makes sure to help her with errands that go beyond the ranch.
In a new Instagram update, she wrote, “How many husbands do this. With the cold he couldn’t be in the barn at 7:30 like he usually is so he helped me with Jessis the last two mornings to get her to school and tonight told me how much he appreciated what I do and then this,” she wrote while also sharing a quick video stating her husband made them dinner and gave her and their daughter roses.

Jessie or Jessie Paxton Weiss is their daughter, who turned three in December 2024. Back then, Erin shared a post looking back at their three years together. “Jessie HOW are you three? I waited to post your birthday post because I wanted to post it at the EXACT time that I had you! You are the light of our world and so special to everyone around you, you have changed our lives for the better and are the best thing that ever happened to us! We love you so much, baby girl, happy birthday!”
But coming back to Erin, she is also a World Champion equestrian hailing from the state of Cowboys, Texas. Just a few years ago (2021), she even told Cowgirl Magazine how Bradshaw was the primary reason for her falling in love with horses. “He’s had a huge influence on it. He’s the reason we even did horses. He put me on a horse when I was 5, and really let me start living that dream. So, without him, I don’t really think I would have even started riding.”
Interestingly, Terry Bradshaw used to own a 750-acre horse ranch in Thackerville, Oklahoma. He sold it in 2023 and got re-branded as Red River Equine. But Erin, for one, took her love for horses up a notch by marrying a horse trainer.

While Erin probably refuses to leave her ranch in Texas, her father also has the same attitude regarding his broadcasting career. He wants to keep pushing for as long as he can.
Terry Bradshaw didn’t surprise anyone with his retirement decision…
With the season coming to a close, there was always supposed to be a drama surrounding Bradshaw’s retirement. His constant troubles on air last season led fans to call for his retirement. They have had enough of Bradshaw trying to continue his Fox analyst role, which he has held since 1994. Yes, it’s over 30 years since Bradshaw has served in that exact role. And maybe that’s why he cannot roll his mind around the fact that retirement is knocking on his door.
“I told my wife before I left the hotel room. I was sitting there, I said. I’ve got two years left at Fox. I’m 76,” he stated earlier this month.

Two years—who are we kidding here, Bradshaw? Actually, the 76-year-old doesn’t want to walk away until he gets to serve the next Super Bowl on Fox. “If we can get to the next Super Bowl. I’ll be 80. I think that’s time. That’s pushing it.”
Just think about it for a moment. Retiring at 80 would be some feat for Bradshaw. However, the concern is whether he will actually manage to do so. After all, fans are concerned about his deteriorating health.
For instance, his hands were shaking when he was interviewing the Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni. It’s not like fans are just calling for his retirement because of his diminishing broadcasting abilities. He might have to consider his health and walk away before it gets worse. What do you think?
