Terry Bradshaw could have a bit of a quarrel with his wife, Tammy after his take on the Chiefs winning a 3-peat. Bradshaw, who spent his entire career in Pittsburgh winning four Super Bowls, isn’t too invested in the Chiefs’ chances of making history. Even though they have won 15 games out of their 16, Bradshaw still hasn’t seen enough from his once AFC nemesis.
But before we go down that road of his prediction. Anyone who didn’t know which team Tammy supported, here’s your answer: She is a Chiefs fan, as Bradshaw declared when he was talking about the Chiefs with his Fox Crew. It’s a bit surprising to know Tammy’s allegiance to anyone else other than the Steelers. However, for those who know how the Chiefs are going about in the last few seasons. You can’t really blame Tammy for bowing down to the Chiefs Kingdom.

After winning consecutive Lombardi under Patrick Mahomes, the Chiefs are yet again on the hunt for a historic third in a row. That’s never been done before in the league. And Bradshaw believes it won’t happen this season either, “They’re not going to win three in a row. I think they’re gonna load up against a team like Buffalo. They’re gonna load up against a team like Baltimore, and those are the two teams that can beat them.” Hearing his take, Tammy would surely have a few words with her husband. Now, Bradshaw’s take isn’t just surprising to all those Chiefs fans out there.
Even his Fox crew was like, “Wooohoooo,” when they heard the former Steelers QB’s prediction on the Chiefs. As for the Chiefs, it isn’t like they have performed poorly against those teams. Kansas City defeated the Ravens to open their season with a score of 27-20. However, it came down to a last-minute call by the referee. Them ruling out Isaiah Likely’s TD helped the Chiefs secure their first win of the season.

But that was not the case when they went to Buffalo in week 11. The Bills gave the Chiefs their only loss for the season. While there’s still time to find out whether Bradshaw’s prediction will come true or not. His prophecy with the Steelers might be true, seeing their current slide under Russell Wilson.
Terry Bradshaw could be right on his take on the Steelers QB saga
For the icon he is, Terry Bradshaw knows when something is going wrong with a player or a coach’s decision. So, the moment Mike Tomlin decided to bring Russell Wilson back and bench Justin Fields. Bradshaw had his concerns about Tomlin’s decision. Up until that point, Fields led the Steelers to a 4-2 start and didn’t really put a foot wrong on the offense. However, Tomlin still brought back his nine-time Pro Bowler and handed him the keys moving forward. When everyone alongside Bradshaw thought that decision would come back to haunt the Steelers, surprisingly, it didn’t until the last three weeks.

With Wilson at the center, the Steelers had a 10-3 record while cruising on their way to the AFC North title. And Bradshaw even apologized to Tomlin in December for being wrong to criticize his calls, “Their record was four and two, folks. They weren’t losing and Fields wasn’t playing badly. He just thought that Wilson was better suited for their offense and they’d be more explosive. He was exactly right. And you know what? I was wrong.” Since Bradshaw’s apology, the Steelers have gone on to lose three in a row.
Losses against the Eagles, Ravens, and the Chiefs have yet again raised those questions: Was Wilson the right choice? For now, it doesn’t seem so. But if he manages to lead the Steelers deep into the playoffs? Who knows, maybe Bradshaw will not have to take back his apology in the coming weeks.
