Brady shares a long relationship with the headphone brand and was even featured in the 2018 Beats by Dre commercial titled, “Above the Noise”. The ad was released ahead of the AFC Championship and showcased Brady using Beats headphones to stay focused and turn down the negativity.
The tagline of the commercial went as, “Cause all I hear is, ‘it’s payback time.’” Hence, the Birmingham City FC players donning the Beats headphones, along with experiencing an elevated audio journey will symbolize the resilience and focus shared by athletes.
Since the legend joined the Birmingham City FC as a minority shareholder there has been unrest in the coaching staff. The club got rid of popular coach John Eustace and now it is the time of Wayne Rooney who accused Brady and the other directors of failing to keep promises.
Rooney revealing harsh truths
Back in 2023, the Birmingham City FC hired former Manchester United star, Wayne Rooney as their head coach. However, soon things turned sour between Rooney and the owners of the team, including Brady. In the latest interview on ‘The Overlap’ the former HC pointed fingers at Brady and other board members exposing them for not keeping their word.
As per the claims, Rooney was barred from bringing in reinforcements, there has been a misalignment between expectations and actions. He spilled more facts about how back in January when the club had been in dire need of players, the owners refused to cooperate which in turn left him questioning the managerial capabilities of the club. However, the last nail in the coffin was the board members’ decision to sack the manager.
