Whether he’s on or off the field, Rob Gronkowski‘s bubbly enthusiasm and energy always hit the right chords with his fans. But after Tom Brady, he has become the second favorite to become the butt of all jokes on Netflix’s Live Roast. From being a talented and lovable tight end to being referred to as the ‘dumb teammate’, Gronk saw several roasts that came for him on Sunday night.

Gronkowski previously said during his playing career, “Right before the game, I get a little chocolate milk in me, and a nice healthy Peanut butter and jelly! They taste good before a game, even when your nerves are flowing.” But little did poor Gronk know that the chocolate milk was coming as a subject to land him some hilarious jabs.

The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady on Netflix is turning the heat up as roasts get more invasive and brutal. Comedian Tony Hinchcliffe took a savage dig at former New England Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski who usually plays the ‘dumb teammate’ among the Patriots’ legends. He said of Gronk, “Writing Santa letters, knew you were here after we ran out of chocolate milk in the back.”

Rob Gronkowski couldn’t help but take the roast with a laugh just like everyone else as he caught every stray. Another hilarious delivery by Hinchcliffe came when he told Gronk that Kevin Hart was sitting next to him, so he wouldn’t take him as his shadow. Comedian Nikki Glaser also took a jab at him while roasting Tom Brady, saying, “Tom lost $30 million in crypto. Tom, how did you fall for that? Even Gronk was like, ‘Me know that not real money.’” Good old Gronk knows how to take roasts so he’s good! As much as the fans enjoy watching Gronk off the field, his presence is still missed on the competitive front! Does he intend on ever unretiring from the NFL again?

During his appearance at the Netflix Live Roast, ET’s Kevin Frazier asked Rob Gronkowski if he would ever unretire from the NFL after his second retirement in 2022. This time, Gronk was sure of his choices and he spoke without hesitation, “No man. The only tight end I got going for myself is right here, right in my rear end. I ain’t coming back and playing. No shot, man.”

Rob Gronkowski is content with where he is and will undoubtedly continue to do what he loves best – to be there at beach parties or show undying support to his former teammate and buddy Tom Brady. As he stated, “I got the Tom Brady Hall of Fame induction June 12th at Patriot Stadium, so that’s gonna be one of the most amazing events.” Gronk is certainly one of those stars that has no haters. Afterall, Gronk is one of the most charismatic and enthusiastic players NFL has ever seen. Don’t you agree? Tell us in the comments below.
